A CMR Group, LLC. membership only costs $595.00 per year

First, you must become a member to post a customer to the delinquent debtor payment history database. Once you become a member, enter your delinquent customer's information and then choose 'Step 3 - Post' follow one of three options in Step 1 of our convenient 5 step process.

By using CMR Group, LLC you can utilize much of the same information, tools and techniques that collection agencies use to collect accounts...and you can do so without having to pay high percentages and/or fees.

Absolutely nothing! It's free to all members.

A PAPC is a Paid Account Processing Charge. This is a 5% charge that is assessed on all posted invoices collected by using our tools. As defined in the terms and conditions, your credit card will be automatically billed the 5% charge when you mark a posted invoice as paid.

A posted invoice is an invoice that has been submitted to our searchable delinquent payment history database. When you first enter a customer and their invoice information, they are not 'posted' to the search engine. You decide when and if they are posted by choosing Step 3 when managing your customer.

We currently accept MC/Visa online.

Quite frankly, some clients will care and others will not. However, both of these situations can be advantageous to you. How?

If your client reacts negatively to being posted (which is the goal), then chances are extremely high that the client will pay their debt.
If your client appears not to care about being posted, then it will be up to you to judge whether or not the client is a legitimate one (i.e., it's possible they don't care about the debt being posted, because they never had any intention of paying in the first place). This will confirm, sooner, that your client should be placed with a third party agency, thus increasing your recovery percentage by identifying the account earlier.

Absolutely nothing! Here at CMR Group, LLC., we fully support third party collection agencies, because they serve an invaluable purpose. We want to ensure that you are not unnecessarily paying collection fees (that may run anywhere from 15% to 50%) on accounts that could have been just as easily collected in-house. The purpose of CMR Group, LLC. is to provide additional information for you to use in your in-house collections before you turn the account over to an agency. In other words, you should exhaust all means to collect the account yourself before you decide to place it with a third party agency.

To all members it's FREE, unlimited. You may conduct as many searches as you like at no additional charge to you whatsoever.

We don't just make phone calls to your clients or write letters to them. CMR Group, LLC. is here to compliment your in-house collections and a third party agency. In addition you also have unlimited use of our unique delinquent payment history database to post your delinquent customers and to search for the payment histories of current and future customers.

Most third party agencies have collection fees that run anywhere from 15% to 50%. If you can collect more of those accounts in-house, you will see significant savings that will reflect prominently on your company's bottom-line.

Yes! As stated in our Terms and Conditions, you and/or your commercial business will verify the validity of the debt. You and/or your commercial business will verify that you are the originators of the delinquent account(s). Additionally, commercial debt collection by the originator and/or owner of the debt is not covered by the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) or the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act). Though this may be viewed as unconventional, it is not illegal.
